The letting agents are fantastic to deal with and friendly. Great layout as well. One issue - no internet, although I use my phone as a hotspot so I am fine. Good size for a family, wasn't very clean. Had to sweep up dead spiders and cockroaches when I arrived and noticed alive baby spiders around ceiling. Main bedroom the bed had dirt or dead animal pieces on the bed that I had to clean up. Neighbour was very noisy every night.
