Enjoy this beautifully staged and fully renovated unit so close to the water. The unit has an open plan living/ dining area with air conditioning that offers the perfect environment to wind down and relax after a day at the beach and on the dunes. It is filled with light and equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and a dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets. The main bedroom is a great size room with a queen-size bed, a built-in robe, ceiling fan and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two king single beds, a ceiling fan and built in robe. The bathroom is spacious with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and the unit provides a single lock-up garage, so park the car and walk everywhere!
