Perfect place for a short (or long) break.
Even before we arrived we were impressed by communication with the reception who were extremely helpful. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the overall feel- the moment we step in we felt relaxed, anf it was vrry easy to forget that we were staying in city centre, just around the corner from the old town. The reception staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. The room was spacious, I dont think the pictures do the juistice as it' s much bigger than expected. While we were worried about other reviews mentioning some noise, we were not troubled at all and had amazing sleep, and didnt need to use the earplugs which were provided just in case some guests are light sleepers.
We will definitely stay again if ever back to Poznan. I hardly ever stay in the same place twice as I am quite picky and always find a room for improvement however this place was simply perfect for our stay.

I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that I was doing something wrong. Then she acquiesced but said it would be four days before that could be looked into, which of course coincided with my check-out day. Other than that, the bed was uncomfortable in this unit; it's not the same quality as in their units on Bóżnicza street. Nevertheless, I recommend Homely Place apartments and will stay again since usually their apartments are fabulous.

"Very old and outdated property that desperately needs modernising. Rooms were overall just outdated. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. "Exercise room" was awful.
