"Two senior couples enjoyed five fabulous nights at this lovely beach-view home. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked, we didn’t need a thing. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. It made an excellent home base for exploring the southern Oregon Coast. Highly recommend!"

"We had a small hiccup at check in that the door code wasn't set. But I reached out and got a response incredibly quickly and we were in the house in no time. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We didn't end up needing them, but there were even towels and bowls for our dog. If we come back to Manzanita, we'll definitely check to see if we can stay here again. "

Ocean's Echo was a wonderful house for a multi-generational getaway. It's a lovely home ready for everyone. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've had in any vacation rental. The setup is comfortable for all to be together. The dining table became a crafts table for the youngest while others gathered in the living room. The hot tub in the trees on the upper deck was a bonus. It's such a short walk to the beach and it's a wonderful beach for walking. When we had a question there was an immediate response. Manzanita itself is so charming and we enjoyed meals at Yolk and Steeplejack."

"The host was very responsive. Make sure and have hot water turned on before check in time. We didn't use the fireplace, not cold enough. The kitchen is well supplied and the pots and pans areHigh quality. The induction stove is complicated to master, a tad frustrating. The beds are both very squeaky, one the foot board frame is so flimsy it feels like it will collapse. Both beds seemed to have an accumulation of sand, as if even though the sheets were clean, you could feel sand on the mattress pad . I slept between the top sheet and comforter. On a positive note, I must say it's overall the best place I have rented out of 3 places, but the others were sorely lacking. I would recommend this place because of the location and overall lay out. The pool table is a bit intrusive as it sits in the middle of the living room, but kinda cool to have."

"We had a party of 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 tweens. This house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the essential pots/pans/appliances/spices we needed to make several meals for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great temperature. A few notes for other groups: the hot tub area is not covered by a roof so if it’s rainy, you will get rained on/pine needles and cones blown onto you as you soak. It’s not terrible, just something to keep in mind. Our tweens loved staying on a different level than all the adults near the game room, but if you have smaller children who won’t love being on a different floor than parents, you may want to look for another setup. Also, the sound proofing in this house is not very extensive, so if some people stay up later than others, you will be able to hear them in the living room/kitchen from your bedroom. "
