For travelers flying in/out of OHare the early check in needs to be earlier. I recognize this is likely a staffing issue but the last thing I wanted after an already long day was to be told to wait an hour. Otherwise, the place was a strong okay.

The front staff was really nice. One of the housekeepers was a little snotty, because i asked for towels but whatever
