"The room we stayed in was a partial ocean view on the 5th floor. It faced the Tropicana Casino and looked onto the ocean. The bad thing about it was that the air handling units on the Tropicana rooftop were extremely loud. Be aware of this if you book these rooms and maybe ask the staff to be put on the other side. Seahaus, you should really talk to Tropicana about this because they were very loud."

"All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction."

"Everything went very smoothly during our stay. The host was very responsive. We loved the modern, clean home to stay in with lovely decor! It was so quiet at night and the beds we used were super comfortable. If we head back to AC, we would definitely want to use this rental again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Just 3 blocks to a very clean beach. We used the beach wagon provided in the small outside shed which is so much better than our stroller-y type beach cart. My daughter brought the beach toys to bury her boyfriend in the sand.Mariah helped us when our daughter left her work laptop in a drawer in the vanity. Thank God! Everything was perfectly clean- plenty of towels and linens. The beds were very comfy and I slept well so did the rest of our crew. Definitely a nice place to stay. Nice restaurants nearby."
