"Property is very rustic-location is absolutely wonderful, located right on the river with an outdoor area with seating and a firepit. Across the street from the river walk/park.
The room, however was a very mixed experience. Comfy beds, fun decor-cabin/bear comforters. Unfortunately, shower curtain was a moldy mess, light fixtures were wonky, window blinds hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Never interacted with staff other than passing in hallway. Check in was easy-a text stating door unlocked and key in room. Depends where your priorities lie. "

"Booked this for a solo getaway while family was traveling elsewhere with friends. Their trip ended up being canceled due to weather at the last minute and we ended up being 4 instead of 1. We had plenty of room and we were able to cook meals. Such a great place. Srey was a great host and she provided links to other houses in the area for a return visit with more room as we plan on returning to this amazing area."

"My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth. "

"We had such an incredible time staying at Piazza’s Pine Cone Inn! We loved the room- super comfortable and clean, the grounds and vintage/historical decor are so fun, pool was great, Raquel was an angel and we were within walking distance to the heart of Kernville and the Kern river. One of our new favorite spots and we can’t wait to come back! "
