A nice spacious apartment close to the sea, ideal for couples, families and group of friends.   
For those who wish to work, there is strong WiFi up to 100Mbps.   
A quiet space, with access to a big garden where you can relax and enjoy your day.   
Easy access to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Great location for long walks at the beach, or for enjoying an iced coffee or a cocktail in one of the many beach bars.  
  
In the apartment you will find a one double bedroom, and one double sofa bed.   
Additionaly, the apartment has one bathroom, a laundry machine and a fully equipped kitchen.   
On your private balcony, which has a table and chairs, you can enjoy your coffee. There is also a communal garden with swings for the kids and table and chairs.  
  
The beach is 500m away on foot. It's an 8 minute walk from the house or 2 minutes by car. There the visitors can find beach bars, cafes and restaurants.   
The grocery shop is 300m away on the way to the beach.  
The pharmacy, bakery and other shops are also 300m away at the village square.  
The visitors can access the communal garden.
