### Beachfront Vintage Villa Kallikratis

A beautiful and comfortable space, right in front of the beach, was renovated in 2022\. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, modern bathroom, air conditioning, Wifi, living room, TV 42 '', garden with bbq and dining area. You will enjoy a quiet environment and at the same time direct access to the beach and close access to leisure bars and restaurants. We offer free of charge all the necessary equipment you will need at the beach like umbrellas, seats, sunbeds, and a kayak. The sea is sandy, gently sloping and the waters are clear.  
We commit to offering you accommodation that will allow you to relax and enjoy the sea. We will do our best for you to have a nice experience by responding to your needs fast and efficiently. It would be our pleasure to create something memorable for you.  
The accommodation is located on Geoponikon beach, in a complex right in front of the sea. On the same long beach, you will find a few houses, three organized beach bars, which are also open during the night, but without loud music, and two taverns. Supermarkets and shops can be found in the village at a distance of 3-5 minutes by car. Kallikrateia Village can offer you any service you need and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. It is 30 min from Thessaloniki and is a convenient point for daily excursions to the rest of Halkidiki.

Θα βρείτε δύο πλήρως εξοπλισμένες κουζίνες, τραπεζαρίες, σύγχρονα μπάνια, κλιματισμό, Wifi, σαλόνι, τηλεοράσεις 42'', κήπο με bbq και τραπεζαρία στο πίσω μέρος αλλά και σαλόνι κήπου στο εμπρός. Διαθέτει δύο βεράντες με σαλόνια, ενα διπλό διαχωρισμένο κρεβάτι στο ισόγειο, δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες στο δεύτερο και τέσσερεις καναπές - κρεβάτια. Επικοινωνούν μεταξύ τους με εσωτερική σκάλα. Θα απολαύσετε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον και ταυτόχρονα άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία και κοντινή πρόσβαση σε χώρους αναψυχής bar και εστιατόρια.
