Mooi uitzicht Terras ligt noordelijk dus weinig zonlicht, wat ook het appartement vrij koud maakt. In tussenseizoen vrij koud binnen, nergens gevonden hoe je verwarming kan doen werken. Slechts 1 sleutelbos beschikbaar, niet handig als je met meer mensen gaat. Geen extra te krijgen.
