"L hôtel est en banlieue assez moyen. Nous avons mis la note la plus basse car nous avions payé sur le site, le paiement a bien eu lieu et pourtant il a fallu repayé en cash à notre arrivée. L hôtel a refusé de prendre en compte le paiement déjà réalisé."
