About this space
Stay in our ground floor intimate studio with a full bath on Navarre Beach. This approximately 200 sq ft studio sleeps two with a queen bed and is located on the first floor of our three-story townhome with its own private french door entrance and patio. Beach access to the Gulf is 400 yards across the street about a 5 min walk, and a small beach on the Sound is 50 yards from the front door.
The space
The 32'' ROKU TV will allow you to stream from all of your favorite apps. Enjoy the community pool outside your door, which is available for your use. All furniture in The Flamingo Cottage Mini is new, including the mattresses, linens, etc...We have recently added beach towels, chairs and a grill for you to use during your stay.
100mbps wifi is included. Please be aware that the "Mini" is situated on the first floor of our two story one-bedroom townhome above. While we want you to enjoy your stay please be respectful of your neighbors.
To access the unit you will have no stairs to walk up or down to. This is a first-floor unit.
Guest access
Guests can access entire space.
You will need to park in unnumbered spaces or the cul-de-sac. A Ring device has been added to ensure no pets come into the property. The Ring device will only be active during check-in, it will be suspended during your stay, to insure privacy and respect for each guest.
