The space
Seas The Day-Gulf View Pool Home Across the Street from the Beach NO PETSThis is a non-pet friendly property home. NO SMOKING is allowed in the home, anywhere on the property or on the decks. No events are permitted and occupancy is striclty adhered to. There are 2 cameras under the house in the carport for safety and security purposes,which are only monitored when the house is empty. The minimum age to rent is 25. The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day.
*Please Note: Pool will not be heated when ambient air reaches 55'F or below.
This stunning custom beach house is one of the few on the island with a private heated pool* for you to enjoy on your beach get-away ,comfortably sleeps group of 16.
Upon entering on the main floor,youll find a den with large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. This is a great hideaway spot to play a game,raed a book or watch your favorite TV show show while gazing at the Gulf. The 1st of 2 sleeper sofas is here. A large covered water view deck runs the length of the house. There are 4 bedrooms on this floor. 2 with a queen bed, one with 2 sets of custom made bunks and a second KIng sized primary with gulf facing balcony.There are 2 bathrooms on this floor with a tub/shower combo.Every bedroom has either a soundview or a gulf view covered deck as well as a flat screen HD satelite TV.
Tile floors run through the entire home.
Up one flight is the large open concept great room where you'll find a large gourmet kitchen,dining table seating 12,breakfast bar seating 4 and a large living area with more comfortable seating and flat screen TV. The 2nd sleeper sofa is here.
On the King-sized master bedroom with Gulf view deck and en suite bath is on this floor. A free standing tub, tiled walk in shower and dual vanities with walk in closet make this en suite a real spa experience. A full size laundry room and a half bath is also located on this floor.
This is not a PET FRIENDLY home.
