Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place all dirty towels in the tub/shower prior to departure.
Please gather all trash in the home and place in the trash cans outside.
If you have dirty dishes, we ask that you please load and start the dishwasher as you are leaving. Our cleaning staff will take care of the rest.
Set the thermostat to 72 degrees (AC). Turn off all lights, TVs, etc before leaving.
Lock all doors when you leave to ensure the home is secured.

Rules
Guests are required to clean up after their pets by utilizing the dog waste station/with bags located to the right of the pool area by the fence.
DO NOT remove the pool filler that is located on the right side of the pool that's connected to a red hose/tube. This keeps the water at a safe level
Follow the "quiet hour" times that fall in line with city/county ordinance to avoid problems and/or eviction from the home with NO REFUND.
