This condo was very clean and exceeded my expectations!! The beach was just a couple minutes of a walk and the pier was just a couple minute drive up the road for closer parking!! This was a great little condo! No frills, but clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location and right across the street from a public beach access. But we were not aware of the construction on the outside. We had to pick up nails and screws around our cars. I loved condo and the area. My dissatisfaction is with the Southern Rentals who manages the property for the owner. I felt like I could not relax in the condo . I received numerous emails and texts reminding me not to damage the the property. I felt harassed. Obviously the property had been damaged or Southern Rentals, the management company had to deal with damages to other properties they have managed. I disliked the management's attitude assuming my daughter and I wanted to act improperly while on vacation.
