Escape to Paradise: Beautiful 3 bedroom Summerwind Condo! Located directly on the Gulf!



This spectacular 5-star 3 bedroom and 2 bath Condo sleeps 8 and is located on the 8th floor of the Summerwind Center building. The views of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are second to none! Sit on the balcony and enjoy seeing the longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!



The Summerwind Center Building is directly on the beach!



Escape to Paradise includes luxurious mattresses, high-end linens, and fluffy towels to provide the pampering you want and deserve.



Parking available outdoors in the main parking area.



The Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing oasis to rest peacefully. This room sleeps 2. Enjoy waterfront views, breathtaking sky views, and the entertainment of the TV from the comfort of a king size mattress.



Your 2nd bedroom has (1) queen size bed. Enjoy the TV in this room. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom offers a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway.



Your 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with (2) twin beds: This room also offers and TV for your entertainment. This room sleeps 2.



The living room offers a pull-out couch bed which sleeps 2.



The balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. You will feel like you are in a beach oasis. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!



For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.



Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!



The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.



Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.



Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.



We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

We had a great time during our stay. The place was well stocked with anything you could need including beach towels and chairs! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is great! We would highly recommend and would love to come back again sometime!

Awesome spot

We so enjoyed our vacation here! The amenities were great, and the location was perfect for us. We were able to enjoy the beach, fishing, pool, hot tub, and the constant sound of the ocean. Lovely and not super crowded. Thank you!!

Property manager was great! Main bedroom was a little tight because of the large furniture but otherwise just as listed. The beach chairs and wagon in the condo were very nice to have.

April getaway

This condo was great for our 3 night stay. It was just as shown & we were impressed with so many extras they had for us to use if needed, such as Beach towels, shampoo, body wash, a beach wagon with all you need for a day at the beach. They even had new flip flops if needed. They gave us a basket with wine, snacks, and a few other items. They Emailed us every day to make sure everything was going great. Thank you for making our stay great!! We love Navarre & Summerwind Condos.

We enjoyed our stay and love the condo and balcony. A few updates needed. The king and queen beds were very uncomfortable and need replaced. The cookware needs replaced too. The wok pan has rust on it and coating has been scratched off two of the other pans. Thank you for the gift basket, so thoughtful and kind.

Perfect Family Getaway

We came here with my family (spouse + 2 kids), in-laws and sister in law/spouse and this unit was of sufficient space for all of us. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to eat most meals in but plenty of nearby restaurants too. The best part was the beach access and balcony view!! Pools were clean, hot tubs hot and security staff friendly. I think the only improvements would be the fitness center (cable machine but no free weights available) and included beach service for all guests. Otherwise this was perfect, will stay again!

Short Beach Trip

Overall, the condo is really nice. Only had an issue with the Queen bedroom TV it kept disconnecting from the Wi Fi, we weren't really able to use it, but thankfully we were only there for a couple of days so it was ok to deal with. The pool was nice to swim in and I loved how close the condo was to other restaurants. Everything was in walking distance.

Family Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing time, the condo at Summerwind was amazing it was perfect in every way. Michelle was a perfect host she left us the sweetest gift basket . I would highly recommend staying you won't be disappointed it is beautifully decorated and clean the balcony is great the table out there is so nice there was enough room out there for our whole family but the best part was the view it was absolutely gorgeous !!! I would so give this Condo a 10 star rating if it would let me ........

Perfect Property and Location!

We had a lovely stay at Summerwind. The condo was clean, very well stocked and check in was seamless. It was great to have towels, beach chairs, and the beach wagon at our disposal and allowed us to pack a little lighter than we usually would. The location is lovely, close to so many things. The beach shop in the condo tower next to us was very helpful to have, along with the three pool options. Please note that while the third bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for our little kids, it may not be well-suited for adults. (Not a criticism - just an FYI!) We would definitely stay here again, and appreciated everything about this property.

Nice Location

Location was great for our first visit to Navarre. Our only complaints were the guest bath didn't fully engage the shower so we all used the master shower and one outlet under the kitchen island had a dead plug. Didn't find out until the next morning when an iPad didn't charge overnight. Didn't want to bother notifying as we don't like having maintenance in our room while we're there. Amenities provided were fantastic as we didn't even have to unpack our beach chairs. Weather ended up being perfect for our stay as well. Would definitely return in the future.

Annual Fall Break with the Grandkids

The condo was in a great location! The view was awesome. We sat on the balcony and ate breakfast while watching a school of dolphins eat their breakfast by the pier. Unfortunately while we were there it was double red flags 2 of the days, but we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tubs. There was a wagon in the condo which made the trip to the beach much easier!! There were also sand buckets for playing. We were able to walk to dinner and enjoy some amazing food next door to the condo. Other than the waves and cold front that blew in, our beach break was great! Who would've thought we would need hoodies at the beach. LOL

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We only have great things to say about "Escape to Paradise" in Summerwind Condos. The first thing we noticed, when we walked into the condo, was it's breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and pier. Having been raised a beach girl, that now lives in the mountains, I about cried. I was so happy. My husband said "I feel rich." Ha, ha! The condo was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our extended weekend stay. The provided beach towels, beach chairs, and beach wagon were a plus! A very thoughtful gift basket, and card, also greeted us. The location was perfect. Steps to the pool,beach, pier, and gift shop (which also had sundries, smoothies, and hot pretzels). We were within walking distance to a few restaurants. And, the condo's location was very close to the causeway that takes you into the town of Navarre with many other restaurants, shops, and delicious ice cream places. The only sad thing I have to say about it, was that we had to say goodbye! We hope to be back, again, and we will definitely share info about this condo with our family and friends.

Easy and Convenient

Linens, paper products, toiletries, complimentary coffee supplies, gift basket, beach towels, AND beach chairs/wagon were all provided in this unit. Check in was very simple. Instructions were clear and lots of local information provided in the binder at the unit. The property is clean, well kept, and convenient to the beach. We had a great stay. I have some feedback that could improve your listing to make it even better if you are interested. Communicate that toiletries, beach towels, and boogie boards/chairs/wagon are available in the description. It would have been helpful to not include these items in our packing because we brought all of this stuff with us. Get a new smart tv for the bunk room. It wasn’t a big deal, but that tv is old, no streaming or ability to hook up Nintendo Switch. Like I said it wasn’t a big deal, but would be an easy improvement. The dresser drawers in all the rooms were faulty, especially in the bunk room. Otherwise the unit was fantastic and well stocked with everything we needed and then some. I would stay here again.
