We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00 You need to know: Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in. Condo was very clean and had everything that you would need to have a great stay. Location was great and you could walk to the beach. It was very clean and Donna the manager of the property was helpful anytime we reached out. We were a short walk from the beach and the condo had all of the amenities' we needed as we cooked most of our meals at the condo. Very good condo situated directly across the street from the Gulf! Very clean. Only negative is the queen bed could use a new mattress or at the least a new mattress topper. The check in process was flawless and Donna was beyond helpful. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for us in a great location. Donna is very accommodating, she even texted us to let us know the blue angels would be flying down the beach within the hour. Very clean and comfortable! My husband and I loved having separate bathrooms! The location to the beach was great. Just walked across the highway and there you were! No sand in your car! Donna was wonderful in letting us know about the Blue Angels flying over. The only thing I would say is the door to the shower in the hallway bathroom was very hard to open but that definitely would not keep us from staying there again. Overall very impressed during our stay! Ms. Donna was very nice, provided all necessary info well before we arrived, and always responded much quicker than I could. Checking in was easy and convenient (which was great given we were traveling with the kids and coming in from several hours away), there was a nice packet with recommendations that we used immediately, the condo is nicely decorated (our typically unimpressed pre-teen daughter said it was "actually REALLY nice" and our son was very impressed with the built-in bunk beds), and all the rooms were clean and so organized which I very much appreciated! Location is great, close to everything we needed while we were there. We would absolutely come back if we were ever in the area again and would fully recommend it to others!! ##### Rachel K. Great AC, clean condo, close to parking, but not noise at all. Close to the bay and beach. Easy walking access to both. Very close to the bridge, a few restaurants, and convenient store. We had a minor issue, but management and owners went out of their way, above and beyond, to resolve very quickly. Having open and personable communication with the management who sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay was a nice change from other places we’ve stayed in the past. ##### MICHAEL C. The condo was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed to be away from home. Location was great and lots of parking. We really appreciated the toiletries, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid and dishwasher liquid. The pool was clean and the access to the beach was just across the street. The property manager remained in constant communication with us and was absolutely wonderful! Looking forward to the next time! ##### Robin G. Donna’s communication was above average, she was very responsive. The condo itself does not have any views, the patio is small but just over looks the parking lot. Condo complex was a bit noisy with neighbors above and next door, but family friendly with no late night parties. Pool is very small, but good for a dip at the end of the day. Private-ish beach access on the sound side is nice with calm shallow spots to swim with kiddos. Condo was well used, but clean enough.
