The condominium was the bomb!!! And the property is so family friendly my kids got swim in the bay with no worries of any rip currents and got to fish all night long we Loved it. We will go back for a Third time soon I hope.

Nice getaway

The studio provided what we needed for the few days we stayed. Well equipped kitchen even though we did not use it. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Overall a good experience.

Convenient Location, No Frills

This studio is very conveniently located, making your beach days a breeze. We loved being on the Sound and so close to Navarre and Opal Beaches. The community is very quiet, and we took advantage of the fishing pier and pool when we weren’t on the beach. The home itself was a bit outdated and could use some TLC, but it got the job done. The best part of the studio is the view - we had the pleasure of seeing dolphins one morning, which was a highlight of our trip!

Amazing location

I lived in Navarre a few years ago and I will always love Navarre Beach. I love that you have the option for the beach and waves or the shallow waters of the sound. I have two small kids (1&3) now and the private beach behind the condo was absolutely perfect for our boys to enjoy the sun, sand, and water all day long without being knocked over by waves. The condo itself was clean; we enjoyed spending time in there when we did. The back lawn and beach is a good place to view the Blue Angels practicing from NAS Pensacola. We will be back!

Nice location between Navarre and Pensacola

Loved the location very convenient to both Navarre and Pensacola Unit was clean and checked in easily. Unit was as described… small. It was just my husband and me so ok for 2. I know it says it sleeps 4 with sofa bed. Biggest complaint was an uncomfortable bed which is why I gave it a 4. Sofa bed bad too. Other than that overall good experience

So, they had a very nice Price and stunning nature around. But Nobody to talk to. There was no desk. It’s difficult for foreigners. The stuff needed 1 and a half day to come and fix my Wifi. I spend Hours of my so needed Vacation on calling and texting Vacasa and the staff. And normale I‘m very minimalistisch an don’t need much and I‘m not a complainer. It has to be clean and silent and Wifi. That’s all. There was loud Noise and a construction side right on my outside wall and window. One day the ocean view window was tarped because they painted and cleaned the House Fassade with high pressure machines. One Morning waking up at 8 AM from workers putting a ladder in my window.

Was a great stay for the weekend! The priperty had many amenities, a lot of which we didn't use. The location was great, with quick/easy access to many beach areas. Such a relaxing weekend with a gew teips to the nearby restaurants/bars. Already looking forward to the next trip to the area!!!

Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean. My only complaint really was the pullout sofa bed. It was not comfortable, but it’s a sofa bed. The property was accommodating. Very low key and peaceful.

Amazing place for fishing

This is a great place to stay for two people. Although, the furniture was outdated, everything else was perfect. Its a wonderful getaway if you like to enjoy the beach. Beautiful doesn't define the area.

Sunset Harbor Palms

We were only here for one night for a quick anniversary getaway. The space was cozy and perfect for two people. The location on the sound was quiet and had lots of outdoor space to utilize. We were able to launch our kayak easily from the beach area. We live in Pensacola and appreciate the care the owner took providing educational material regarding local wildlife, and how to identify rip currents and flag warnings.
