9.6/10 Exceptional! (121 reviews)
This is a hotel for people under 30. The entrance was a cafe and almost music every night. The location was perfect, but as we couldn’t get the room early, we came back late. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the wifi was down. It was late and nothing could be done. I wrote a note to the hotel staff, but the next day someone interrogated me about their shortcommings as if i was not a guest at the hotel. The shower clogged each day, i asked for it to be checked. I asked for an easy reservation and i got no feedback if it was made or not. Shortly, the hotel lacked basic guest services and was extremely amateur at making up for mistakes they made. The room on the other hand was nicely decorated and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. But if you ask me, i won’t be staying there again. I need service for the amount i paid!

9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
"Centered between the Aqueduct and the Alcazar, La Infanta Isabel is conveniently located on Plaza Mayor and closer to many shops and restaurants. It's a rustic place, but nice. The bed we had was very hard; the mattress could be refreshed. But that's the only drawback on this establishment."

8.8/10 Excellent! (611 reviews)
"The balcony view we had of the monastery in the valley below was amazing. We spent a lot of time on it in the evening having a glass of wine before going out for dinner. The breakfast buffet was also great and the staff knew English and were helpful. It was close to all the major sights and there ..."
