Due to the condition of the room we weren’t comfortable eating in the restaurant. I did ask for a glass of milk and was refused. Told they didn’t have any? The shuttle to the pier didn’t start until 10:00 which was too late for our embarkation time. The staff were barely civil and were more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of their guests. Would never stay there again! "
