"This property is poorly maintained and feels like they are running out of money to service it properly. No towels soap or shampoo. Had to get from front desk. No TV remote. No internet on wifi. Smoke detector hanging from wires on ceiling. The toilet lid smashed and pooply glued together. The toilet seat had one broken hinge. The toilet flush handle had to be held in place with one hand while using it."

"Staff was not welcoming. Was told to sign here, and then the key was just left on counter, asked if that was my room key, they indicated thats it. Very strange comparing to other places I have stayed."

"This was a lot more run down than the Holiday Inn we stayed at in Missouri. On the outside they looked exactly the same but the one in New Mexico has a lot older carpet and it was dirty. It just felt old."

"The home was not clean - hair on the floor, faucets and mirrors has toothpaste spots from previous people. The pool was green, the outside chairs were not safe to sit in, too worn. We didn’t have enough towels or hand towels (13 of us). The garage has been converted into a bedroom and a bunk room. There is no heat and we froze the first night. Owner brought space heaters the next day. Basic amenities were lacking or missing, towels were washed and left in the washer mildewed. This place needs a good cleaning and some basic TLC. The owner was responsive to issues and I love the number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Too much money for the quality of home. "

"The apartment was very clean, and free of clutter. Everything that we needed for a weekend stay was provided. I did not have to communicate with the host during my stay. We stayed in October; the weather did not permit using the pool facility. "
