"Front reception staff were amazing! They were so helpful with other calling places or providing general info on how to get around the city. Dining and cafe staff were amazing as well! Rooms were clean, the tv channels stopped working for a day but then I saw the crew working on it the next day. I’m not sure if the fan in the bathroom stopped working. Loved that there was cold fresh water to get refills on certain floors. And loved that there was small stores outside to grab snacks. Great location!"

"Check-in was seamless and quick. The bar service was really friendly and efficient. Menu was very health-conscious in mind. Location is excellent, very close to the main square and tourist hot spots and easy to connect to public transit to the train station. Very good value for the buck."

"Overall a nice stay in Zagreb rooms are sizeable. Hotel is well located in the centre with the main square and old town in walkable distance. Breakfast good value when bought in advance. Only minor negative was slow check in process which was apologised for. Will look to stay if in Zagreb again."

"Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes."

"The hostess is delightful! This studio met our needs for jet lag recovery after landing in Zagreb. It’s a hike to the central city pedestrian zone, but doable for these 16-63 year olds. It is tight quarters unless you love each other. Great brewery/BBQ place nearby (Sip). Please note you will need to take your luggage up a spiral staircase to the unit. Zagreb public transportation is really good, we recommend 1717 Taxi."
