"The description of the lodging was largely accurate. The only inaccuracy was that hotels.com said that an airport shuttle was available upon request for a fee. The property has discontinued this. Also, be aware that the shower had two bottles of shampoo but no soap or conditioner. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The location was excellent - close to the train station as well as the center of town and historic landmarks. I would stay there again."

"My mum and I stayed for 4 nights. We had a suite. A continental breakfast was delivered to the room every day at our chosen time. The staff who delivered it were really friendly and the receptionist who checked us in was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the lower town near, so you can reach the old town easily and the main shopping street. Would totally recommend this hotel."
