I am a Natchez native and stay for weekend trips often. This being said I like staying at different places and this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The floors were spotless, everything was clean and tidy. My bf forgot his Dopp kit and we didn't have to stress or make a trip to the store because the bathroom was stocked with things easily forgotten at home. The guest experience was great! The neighborhood was pleasent. Parking on the property and, as the street is one way, a lot of public parking on the street. We enjoy walking so we did several blocks down to the river and the activities. Breakfast on Franklin St was less than a mile away at the Natchez Coffee Factory. Communication with the property manager was timely and spot on. The little extras such as breakfast bars in the kitchen, mints in the living room and toiletries in the bath were outstanfing.
