Windways Estate

Windways is a beautiful spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom stately old Bahamian House built in the mid 1900's with an additional 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage. The entire estate has been fully updated and it has a wonderful family feel. Windways has all the modern day conveniences and is perfect for family and friends. You will not be disappointed!



The Space:

The Windways Estate is well located in the Montague Heights neighborhood which is known to be safe and well heeled. The neighborhood boasts doctors, lawyers, politicians, businessmen, architects and other professionals as residents of this fine community.



As guests of Windways, you will have full access to the entire home at all times including: the pool, gardens, laundry facilities, gourmet kitchen, outdoor summer kitchen, unlimited free wireless internet access, two car garage, fruits on the trees, flowers in the garden, barbeque grill, pool toys, and of course the living, dining, family rooms, along with the very comfortable bedrooms which all have ensuite bathrooms.



Guest Access:

Our guests have total and exclusive access to the main house.



The Neighborhood:

Windways is located in Montagu Heights which is a very lovely quiet old neighborhood that has lots of mature trees and well kept historic Bahamian homes with large gardens. Montague Heights is within walking distance of Montague Beach and a short 5 minute drive to the Downtown area of Nassau and the Atlantis Resort & Casino on Paradise Island.



Getting Around:

A rental car or taxi is always a nice convenience which we can always assist with.
