We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!​​​​​​​ With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. We stayed in the “Kenny” and it was perfect for two people. The location could not have been better. I took my daughter to Nashville for her 21st birthday and found this little gem of a place to stay. It was less expensive than a hotel and we felt like it was more secure and quiet than a hotel. We didn’t hear a thing while in the loft! It’s perfectly set just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk anywhere you want to go. It was very clean and cozy. Adorable loft. Definitely recommend. Stayed Monday through Friday. Thursday night was a little noisier but way more quiet than a hotel. Only 2 recommendations to improve: a box of Kleenex and darker (room darkening) curtains on glass block window. Perfect location for broadway and printer’s alley. For us the loft could have had better lighting. Not that the TV was used much but if it weren’t for someone named Tim we might not have had any access to it. Internet for me went in and out a lot. Perfect location. Safe neighborhood, with a very short walk to downtown. Noise was minimal. Codes were easy to use and the loft was exactly as pictured. Loft was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were clean and we had enough for us. Shower was always hot. Garbage was easy enough to handle. If you need dark to sleep, you may want to bring a sleep mask. We loved the little coffee shop on the corner, Elegy. Honey bear cold brew is a must or a hot cortado. Head the other direction to see Helen and grab a souvenir from a Nashville local. Lucky Ba$tard Saloon on Broadway was our favorite place to hang. Martins BBQ is great food with an awesome vibe, but be sure to go sit upstairs! Wished we’d had some recommendations for local music listening, and no so party-bar atmospheres. Hall of fame was interesting, but I’d save the money and skip the audio. ##### Valerie T.
