  • Welcome to Nashville, y’all! Our homes are two side-by-side, brand new townhouses in a gated community. One house is modern minimalist, the other Nashville farmhouse, both equipped with a full kitchen, plush beds, hotel amenities, smart TVs and ample space for your large group!

    These homes are in one of the hottest, fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville. You are no more than 10 min away from every hot restaurant, bar and attraction Nashville has to offer.

    DISCLAIMER:
    -Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property + go against your rental agreement.
    -We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used for ANY kind of loud gathering or party. We have cameras + security that patrol. Per your rental agreement this is grounds for eviction without question or refund + possible legal action.
    -Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, Rental Agreement which you sign and/or enter it upon checking in, which includes this disclaimer + much more.
