A swift 25 min safe walk to Broadway Rooftop Bars. House has plenty of space including a clean yard and privacy sitting areas. The master bath is well done with a soaker tub and tv! The kitchen has new appliances and can seat 12 guests comfortably. One block away from food stores, pizza and bars while you plan your next broadway eacale. ##### john d. Could’ve stayed another week. This is a top notch location and Iconic Street. I met the most amazing people and recommend sunset on the front porch every night to meet the delightful people and their dogs who call Germantown home. We had the best time. So many beautiful sitting areas to accommodate an extended family and the house was appointed so well for a really comfortable stay. A couple of issues with the King size bed were acknowledged and sorted. This place is a forever memory of the most amazing week in the Wonderful world of Music City. There were just a few SMALL things with the appliances, first the dishwasher did not run properly, we tried various settings and wouldn't really clean the dishes well. The same thing happened with the clothes washer. I think maybe having someone come out to check on them would be good. Besides that the string lights in the backyard only have a couple that are functioning so some need replacing. All of the bathroom floor mats were really dirty so might need replacing soon. Although the house had issues, it was overall a great house and location and we would consider going back. Again, those items were small to us. ##### Ana B.
