Great Decor

This property is not in the best location. The train goes by a multitude of times throughout the day and night. The house is not as clean as it should have been, I will leave out details to be nice. There is a shared common area with other guests. Location on VRBO is not accurate and was not the location that we wanted for this weekend. That was very misleading. I am a super host on VRBO myself so I know rental properties and what a great rental is. Overall this property has the potential to be amazing. Just needs a lot of attention to details.

Fine But Not Great

To start with, this listing is no where near it shows on the map. It was not walking distance to downtown or near Nashville Farmer’s Market. Communication was terribly before and during our stay. All the linens were stained, some even with blood. We did not have sheets for all the beds even! It was not overly clean by any means. We were most disappointed by location and the lack of communication and cleanliness. I would recommend some place else.
