2nd stay in Music City Loft rental. Clean, plenty of room. Bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room were well appointed and modern. Can't beat it for access to Broadway stuff but far enough away to not hear the all night party. 4th St itself pretty quiet around the property. Some traffic into Broadway at night but settles down. Noise wasn't a problem other than my snoring. But I brought that with me. Thanks again.

Wonderful Stay
The loft is very comfortable & cozy. Great place to spend Valentine’s Day❤️. The location can’t be beat, in walking distance to everything you want to do/see in Nashville. We were a bit concerned about parking because we had a car, but there is a lot conveniently located next door. We highly recommend. We hope to stay again sometime soon. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place.

LOCATION, GOOD AND BAD
Loft was as described, GREAT! Host was great...excellent communication. my wife and I are in our late sixties and this was our first visit to Nashville and i'm sure it won't be our last. Because of it's location this loft is more suitable for a younger crowd. The music from Lower Broadway, Printers Alley and the traffic on 4th Street makes for an almost impossible good nights sleep (ear plugs are provided but really don't help) plus if you have inconsiderate neighbors above you...well you get the picture. Our next visit will be across the river in a neighborhood more suitable for us. If you like to party to the wee hours of the morning you'll love this place.

Great Location
This is our second time staying at this property. The location is just a block or two to Broadway. The unit is clean and we love the decor. Rates were actually cheaper than a hotel room in the same location.

Perfect location and wonderful loft!
The place was exactly as it was presented. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. We could walk wherever we wanted to go. The parking lot next door was very convenient. We enjoyed the chili burrito downstairs..never heard of them before. We would definitely stay here again, as well as pass along this information to friends. We sloa enjoyed the people watching from the window...haha..

Fantastic trip
1st trip to Nashville did not disappoint. Loft pics and description 100% accurate. Location was perfect. The only downside is you can hear everything going on above you. But it wasn’t bothersome enough to not come back. Will def be planning a return trip!!

Things that didn't work for us.
The lighting in the kitchen is horrible. I'm not sure this property had been seen by the owners in some time. Toilet only flushed randomly, we had a pan of water to manually flush. TV was missing in the bedroom, cable and wires there... Furniture is old and not comfortable. Property has no insulation between floors so you hear everything that is going on upstairs. When you go on vacation you look for a level of comfort, we did not achieve that on this vacation

Terrific location walking distance to all the fun
Our overall experience was great. Booking and communication with owner was good. Property was very nice in the perfect location. Parking was easier than expected. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe supplying kitchen with more silverware, pots and pans for guests who plan to eat in more. Not a big deal though.

We loved the property! The loft is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and was very clean. The communication from the property manager prior to the trip, during the trip and before check out was great. Everything we needed was a quick walk away... And just a few blocks from the fun at Broadway. The loft was equipped with everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We're already planning our next trip!

Check into main entrance at 3 with the code was fine. Elevator is disgusting. The entrance into the building is dirty as well. The carpet outside the loft was smelly and gross. The loft itself is very nice and has very nice furniture and the bed is exceptional. The linens were probably clean but were yellowish and brown. The cleaners hadn’t looked behind the bed in a while bc there was all kinds of dirt, dust, and stuff back there. Taking the trash wasn’t a problem at all but I will not return bc of the pure filth and smell. There is no way I could have stayed there knowing that was down there. I know taking the trash helps your cleaners but walking through all of that filth to get to the trash room and then getting to the trash room and seeing it, smelling it, and having to walk through that just ruined whatever type of experience we had while staying there. Sorry but it’s true. If my farmer husband who deals with cattle and cow poop everyday almost vomited then it’s beyond gross. The location was excellent. It’s very noisy inside and they leave ear plugs by the kitchen sink.I would say replace the bathroom rugs bc they are dirty and worn and get new linens and towels to create a more luxurious experience that would be expected. Pay the cleaners $20 extra to take the trash so your renters aren’t tramatized.

We deliver 24 hour hotline numbers to all of our guests with check in instructions. Had we been notified of these issues, we would have addressed them immediately as they are not consistent with our cleaning standards or our reputation. Here is what our Manager had to say: Called vrbo on this being I was not advised of any issues nor proof of any issues until this review came in but they will not remove it. The shower is not moldy. The slate in this shower has white residue all over it and we've tried everything we can to get it clean (seems the more we put on the slate tiles the worse it gets vs it getting cleaner for some reason). VRBO said all we can do is leave a response to his review for others to see. Can't say anything about the wet washcloth or rugs nor what he is referring to since it's now after the fact and he checked out 11 days ago, but we have not had any issues in this regard to my knowledge.

The location is the best. The accommodations were very accurate and more than enough space. Everything we needed was included. Beautifully decorated. Owner is very good about communicating. We like having a tv in the bedroom, but survived! The elevator needs some attention, but I believe this is being addressed. We would definitely rent again!

This was our first time to Nashville and was easy to get out for day trips as well as walk 1-3 blocks to the Nashville downtown. Property was very easy to get into thanks to the communication provided. Loft was very clean, comfortable high end bedding, and relatively quiet for sleeping ( maybe a loud car driving by). Nearby restaurants were great. Starbucks attached to the Marriott next door. My only critique would be the lighting in the loft with high ceilings. The bathroom lighting was beautiful but difficult to get ready in. Would definitely stay here again.
