The reception area was very clean and inviting. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. My favorite hotel! I loved everything except the expensive valet parking. But everything else was great! The breakfast was excellent and set up very well with enough stations where you never feel crowded. They have the best variety and food options I’ve seen in a hotel with breakfast included. Highly recommended! Feels like a 4 star hotel!

The swimming pool was closed for the whole of our 3 days stay, apparently we could have used another pool, but no one told us that. Lovely staff. Good selection of food for breakfast, but disappointingly served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Not good value for money from our experience.

My stay was great. From arrival to departure, valet made parking easy and the staff was warm and welcoming at the Front desk. The attendants at breakfast were also very kind. I was pleased to see vegetarian options, as well.

Multiple stains on bed sheets and pillows. Ripped mattress protectors fully exposed. Wasn’t impressed. No water or mini bar in fridge. No water machines so you have to rely on sub par tap water that didn’t get cold enough. Poor lighting in the room as there were no ceiling lights. Besides those inconveniences it was excellent. Beautiful room overlooking the pool. Close enough to Broadway to walk. The city scooters were great touch to get around further distances.
