STRP# 2024 07 05 571 Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. From our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full, 2 half bath unit you can walk to multiple bars & restaurants including Chick-Fil-A =) We have completely redesigned the unit to help your group be very comfortable for you stay with us. \*This unit is part of a six unit townhome group. If you need to add another unit or 5 just let us know! \*\*We also offer a day pass to the gym next door! Our 3 Bed, 2 full and 2 half bath town home has just been completely redesigned and updated! We have a massive living, dining and kitchen area all in one open area that your group can hang out and enjoy. We have a small balcony off the kitchen that is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink while catching the sun set. \*\*SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS \*Main level. Exit to the garage. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed \*Half bathroom \*Second level. Living, Dining, Kitchen \*There is a sleeper sofa in the living room \*Half bathroom \*Third level Bedroom 2- King size bed, ensuite bathroom Bedroom 3- 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathrooms Our unit also has a 2 car garage for you to use along with plenty of free street parking. All while only being 2.5 miles from all of Broadways Honky Tonks and walking distance to multiple "Locals" bars and restaurants. We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :) We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed. We are located just off of 8th Ave South a little over 2 miles South of downtown. The immediate area allows for you to walk to multiple bars and restaurants, grocery stores, a gym, and a park! You are welcome to bring a car and use the garage, but if you prefer not to drive uber/lyft are always available 24hrs and are typically less than a 5 min wait. If you have a large group we have 5 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available. \*\*If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs, please just ask us how. \*\*\*PLEASE NOTE, we only provide a starter set of any amenities. This includes but is not limited to: 2-toilet paper rolls 2-rolls of paper towels 1-cleaning sponge 1-travel size bar soap and shampoo A handful of K-cups or small bag of coffee grounds We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150 1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding. 2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property. 3 - Damage to any items or the property itself. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. The rental was very clean with all kitchen utensils very clean and more than just silverware. The setup was very spacious, loved the kitchen and living room and two bedrooms on the third floor with a third on the first floor. We brought a small portable table so I could set up my computer in an extra bedroom for work. The location was amazing, the only reason we gave it 4 star for location was because it was close to train tracks. It didn't bother us but some people might have a challenge with it. The Ubers were super easy, with about a 10 min or less ride to Lower Broadway and less than 5 minute Uber to the 12 South area. M.L Rose bar/restaurant was 2 minute walk with other restaurants close. Both a Kroger and Publix were very close as well. We had a great experience with this rental!!! ##### Molly M.
