Newly renovated, modern townhome with amazing skyline views located just 3 miles from Broadway. This exquisitely decorated 2 bed, 2.5 bath is the perfect space to unwind while exploring all Nashville has to offer.

Boasting clean lines and modern furnishings, guests will enjoy all the comforts of home with the amenities of a vacation rental. 2 private balconies, high-speed internet, Smart TVs, touch lamps with USB charging ports and a fully equipped kitchen are some of the features.
The space
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, en suite, private balcony and smart TV. For extra space and comfort, the master also has a single day bed.

Also located on the first floor is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bathroom , and laundry with high end washer and dryer.

The professionally decorated second floor living area welcomes guests with a space designed for comfort. There is ample seating with a sofa, futon and arm chairs; a private balcony with unobstructed skyline views of downtown Nashville and a smart TV with access to stream from your favorite apps (accounts required).

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. The fully-equipped kitchen area is stocked with all the dishes, silverware and cooking utensils you'll need. Refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster are provided.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy nook with a single sized daybed and chairs that offers the perfect spot to spread out.
