Room was absolutely lovely! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The storage in this hotel is excellent. 12 south area is amazing and feels very safe too - would recommend this hotel/area to anyone

Excellent hotel in a great location for all the Nashville attractions. Room was very nice and the hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the evening dining options were attractive - though we dined out.

We had a great stay, everything was top class.

Grewt location staff couldn’t be more helpful .

Great stay , the shuttle drivers were great , staff very helpful.

Desk staff were fantastic, ready to have a chat and answer any questions you had. Couldn’t work the TV for some reason and a maintenance guy was called and fixed in no time. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was cooked, hot and very nice. Next time we...

Nice enough for an overnight at the airport, handy shuttle to terminal, all the staff were friendly and helpful

Kitchen fully equipped, working air con, comfy bed. Ideal location, really enjoyed the stay

Excellent stay, couldn't fault anything at all. Well located to broadway a 15-20 minute stroll or a cheap 5 min uber.
