When we arrived and walked through the property, things were similar, but not the same as the photos on the listing site. It was then that I realized our property had been reassigned to a slightly smaller unit with a much smaller patio. I reached out to the property management and was told that the unit I reserved had already been booked. After 24 hours of phone calls and texts, I was able to receive a partial refund.
