The process and information was very thorough. This home has such potential. It definitely was not what the pictures depict. The yard was overgrown. The furniture is a mess and should be in a burn pile. Couldn’t even sit on the outside furniture. The deck needs work. The house was clean. The loft was not was is shown in the pics. No corn hole, no dart board. It is well supplied. Wi-fi didn’t work and did not know the modem was in the bedroom until an entire day had passed, even after making several calls. Quiet, close to downtown and the Opry area, a nearby walking park that is beautiful. This property has an amazingly large deck overlooking the Cumberland River. I do believe this may be a newer rental as there were not as many amenities as I've had in other rentals (ex: need more towels) but it is appropriately priced. Note- the 2nd bathroom is located in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is small with only a full size bed. The loft has a twin. I'd say its suitable for 4 adults vs 5 due to the small full size bed. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements made in the future! ##### Amy F.
