We also liked the layout with bedrooms on one side of the apartment and 3 bathrooms on the opposite side, with the kitchen and living room between. Folks can get up and get ready in a bathroom without waking those who want to sleep in. The private parking on site is really great too. Well taken care of. Within walking distance to all the act. We had a friend's weekend and found this place perfect for our needs. Three bathrooms made it easy to survive with four teenage girls. The house was only a few minutes walk from a trolley stop so we never had to deal with Nashville traffic. It was close to broadway only about $8 Uber ride. I didn’t like all the glass doors especially in the bathrooms, there’s zero privacy. Also I was jolted awake at 6am with hammering by whoever lives below. The construction all around us started at 7am and was EXTREMELY loud. It was fine for one night passing through but I wouldn’t be able to do that for a whole trip. ##### Jessica W. You proceed to behind house to less than appealing parking/ porch/steel doors/older porch steps enclosed. However, the photo of the back parking lot and entrance are not what I was expecting.
