When you pull into the private driveway, you will have parking for up to 10 vehicles.

When you enter the house, you are greeted with a spacious open room, with 10 foot ceilings. The living, dining, kitchen area is all united in one massive open concept.

This house sits on over 3+ acres and the backyard is like no other. You have an ample amount of space to enjoy in the flat grassy yard with total privacy. This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area.  
\-A Large back deck has a dining table for 12, and a gas grill to cook up a feast.,  
\- String lights set the mood and turns the patio and outdoor seating area into a cozy entertainment space  
  
Steps down from the deck is a large concrete area with the following:  
\- Adirondack chairs encircling a gas fire pit  
\- A 7 person Hot tub  
\- A massive gazebo with couches and chairs providing ample seating for your entire group. Bistro lights provide a great space to enjoy at night.  
  
Outside of the main hang out zone lies 3+ acres of flat usable lawn. On the lawn are also the following:  
\- Two professionally designed pickleball courts. Pickleball paddles and balls are provided.  
Please note the fence and lights around the courts had to be removed per metro code.
