A quick Uber or Lyft to where you want to go and a quiet place with a balcony when you need some down time. The pool is a nice add on! It is not a "penthouse" in the true sense of the word and there will be people above you. The large walk in closet in the bedroom is perfect to keep your suitcases out of the way. It was clean and located within a quick Uber drive to most hot spots. My only complaint is that it is listed as a "penthouse," which implies that it is on the top floor. However, we definitely had people above us (who were REALLY LOUD every night between 1-3 AM). We were awoken each night to loud stomping above us. During the day it was quite lovely, though, and well stocked with everything we needed. ##### Kelly S. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And at no fault of the owners of this condo. But would be nice to know who to report it to.
