Found the living space clean and tidy. The extra amenities like a washer and dryer were an unexpected perk. The living area was comfortable and the garage door opening to the outside was an eye opener. The kitchen was more than adequate. The bed while smaller than expected was still comfortable. The bath was surprising large and well supplied with towels and toiletries. The trains that rumble by sounded like a rolling thunder but didn’t bother us except for the occasional blast of the train horn. Over all I found our stay satisfying. ##### Joe L. Loved the urban feel of the unit, but what comes with that is a lot of noise from the other units. Walls are thin and we could hear the conversations from the people above and on the sides. They have a great patio outside with grills and tables to hang out but again you can hear it all and at 3am I wanted sleep and not to listen to the conversations 5 loud men. The neighbors had multiple parties and I didn’t sleep at all. It was setup as a one bedroom with a pull out bed and air mattress, so it accommodate multiple occupants, however, there was only the one blanket and it was for the master bed. No extra blankets were provided for the pull out bed and I froze all night. There were very few cooking pans, no salt, no pepper, no oil, nothing for the kitchen. Advice is to bring anything you might need. There are no frills. The walls are paper thin and we heard people talking and playing music at all times of the night and morning hours (slamming doors etc).
