We love this house! There are 6 of us that rented it for the 2nd time for our girls trip. Its as close to the shops as you are going to get. There is great food close by. The house is nice, always clean and has an open living room and kitchen, so great for gathering after a long day of shopping!
The location was great!!! Parking was not easy with a big truck and we had 2 vehicles. Carpet was dirty looking, stained, a couple holes in the wall that I took pics of and some of the baseboards were dirty. Overall the location made up for all of that! Would definitely rent this property again.
We were in town for our son's graduation from IU and decided to stay in nearby Nashville. It is a quick trip to campus and turned out to be a great little town that is very walkable. The house is on the smaller size but has plenty of space for lounging and we appreciated the hot tub. It would benefit from some updating. It is also right across the street from Nashville Chophouse which is a nice steakhouse for a graduate dinner. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
We weren't able to spend as much time at the property as we would like, but we did find the place clean, the beds comfortable, and the towels plentiful. I do think it's time to upgrade the TVs; the one in Bedroom 1 did not work at all.

Friends reunion
The North House is great location in Nashville Indiana, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Quite dated house which could use a deep clean. The musty odor was a problem for me personally because I’m allergic to mold.
We had family members stay at this home during our recent family reunion in Brown County. They enjoyed staying at the home and it was conveniently located in Nashville, IN.
We have been coming to Brown County for Thanksgiving weekend every year for 25 years. The first several years we came we always stayed at North House but our family outgrew it and so for the past 5 or 6 years we have stayed at various other locations in downtown Nashville. This year with there being a smaller group of us we decided to go back to North House. While the convenient location can't be beat, the house itself is definitely in need of some TLC.
Great location but the house could use updating. TVs are old and not clear, carpet is stained. The beds were comfortable though. Hot tub had too much chlorine that it burned your eyes when jets were on
Great location! Unit is a little out dated and in need of some TLC, but overall a nice stay in downtown Nashville. Hot tub had too much chlorine in it and made the use of it tough. Cleanup service from prior stay left a cup of cigarette butts on the front porch and some pieces of cereal under the table in kitchen.

Great location but the property is dated and dirty. The carpet is stained, the doors and baseboards are dirty and dusty. The pillows, mattresses and towels need a refresh. It smells musty. Will not stay there again.

Great location, horrible smells
GREAT location, but the house smelled musty. And the chemicals in the hot tub were so strong, it was literally unusable. You couldn't sit in it without coughing...a lot. I would only stay there again if the hot tub issue was addressed.
I called the office to let them know about the hot tub issue after we checked out, but never heard back, which was a little disappointing.
Planned a small weekend away for a bachelorette party...perfect location, close to EVERYTHING, very clean. Had everything we could need! When I travel to Nashville again, I will plan the trip around this units availability!
