Easy walking access to all 12 South has to offer. The beds were super comfortable! Our only concern was that there was a strong smell when we first arrived. We soon realized it was gasoline. The apartment is over the garage which houses a couple vehicles. The windows were closed and air was off so the smell was overpowering but did dissipate once we opened windows and turned the air on. I would also have liked some Kleenex and a nicer quality TP and paper towels but definitely not a deal breaker and would recommend this place for sure!! ##### Stephanie D. The area the place is near is so cute with fun shops and restaurants. We loved walking to the frothy monkey every morning! The donuts from 5 daughters were delicious! We didn’t eat at any of the places except the frothy monkey because we were typically down town. Places we really enjoyed were biscuit love, another broken egg for breakfast. Mas tacos is sooo good! Looks like a dive but I’m telling you the tacos are delicious. An Uber to Broadway was quick and easy just watch the rates, they fly up around 6pm or if a concert is going on. Typical rates we snagged were between 7-$11 to Broadway. As far as the place we stayed in-the decor and vibe was so comfy! The bed was comfortable (loved all the pillows), the shower was huge! It was just myself and my wife staying so the size was perfect! Parking was a bit snug but we managed! We would definitely stay again and will be back to Nashville! Our first visit was memorable!
