The condo location is just a short uber to Broadway and it was easy to navigate the city from this location. There are security cameras on the property and the parking lot is well lit. I felt safe on the property and the door has an extra security lock. The property manager checked in before during and at check out. He was most attentive and seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment of the condo. 5 star rating and I have no hesitation in recommending this condo to others! The street traffic is very loud and starts early, including the trash trucks that empty the dumpsters at the nearby restaurants and businesses. We had a lot of issues and the property did not seem well cared for or clean. However, Stephen with the property management company was communicative and helped us resolve the issues. ##### Rachel K.
