After a fun day out exploring Nashville, come back to relax in this quiet, spacious, comfy condo. Although parking is free & easy, you don't need a car for this condo. Many things are within walking distance! There is public transportation and it's only 15 mins from the airport. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

**Note regarding the pool: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

We allow some pets. All pets must be approved in writing by the owner prior to check in. There is a $75 pet fee that you will be charged after booking.

Check in is at or after 4pm and check out is at or before 11am. During your stay we are always available to meet any of your needs.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Property was clean. Amenities were as described. 4 stars is because the heat didn't work on the first night and it was cold and uncomfortable. The blankets on the bed were thin and there weren't any additional blankets to add to the bed

By Broadway… hmm

While it is about a mile from Broadway we didn’t walk as near lots of construction, and didn’t feel it was safe to do so at night. The condo was clean, and perfect if you have a pet. But, it definitely needs some revamping in the bathroom. The living room view of the river was lovely.
