When you want some air, step out onto your furnished and covered balcony to take in sweeping views of the Cumberland River. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer so you can pack light. High-speed WiFi provided!

Beautiful, comfortable space

My friends and I stayed here comfortably, a total of 5 of us, for the weekend. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, and good location. Would stay again.

Great time

Very clean and spacious place to stay. Close enough to the main area that we went to each day. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to accommodate a group of friends but don’t want to stay on Broadway

Great Nashville getaway

Great location and accommodations! Everything you need in this comfortable and spacious condo. It is a short walk or Uber to so many Nashville places. This was my first trip to Nashville and hope to return to this condo for a trip next year!

Nice place for 3 couples

We enjoyed walking distance to Broadway about 15 mins. Convenient coffee shop about 5 min walk. Patio was nice to sit out on and watch the river & trains go over bridge. Place was overall comfortable for 6 adults. Keurig & Coffee supply was great to have in morning.

Great place!

Very nice property! Close to a lot of Germantown restaurants. We did often Uber to Broadway but it is walkable. We definitely would book again. Only thing we would have liked is late check out option or a place to leave our bags.

Roomy condo on the river close to downtown Nashville

Eve on the River 207 is a very roomy, convenient condo for visitors wanting to explore downtown Nashville. It has a nice balcony right on the river. The King size beds were very comfortable, the coffee machine was appreciated, the living room furniture and dining table were great for seating 6 guests, and two and a half baths made it easy for several guests to shower and get ready to go at the same time. We loved staying here and are happy to recommend it.

We stayed w/our Mom, Aunt, & Uncle to go to Broadway & see P!NK! The condo was Beautiful & accommodated All of Us really good! The parking was a bonus since we rented a car. We discussed staying again w/friends since only a 1-mile walk to Broadway.

On the River

I loved this condo with views of the river. The beds were comfy and the vibe in general throughout the entire condo is amazing. The cute porch was fun to sit on and watch the barges go by. The walk to Broadway is doable, but for some, it is a bit too long. The good thing is that an Uber was just about 7 dollars. I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Nashville.
