Modern Nashville condo review

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

This property was a great place for our needs - 2 couples visiting family close by for a long weekend. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed - parking, coffee shop across the street, close to everything in East Nashville and downtown. We will be recommending this place to family and friends and will stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Nice, but loud

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Updated and beautiful. It was a great location with a cute coffee ship across the street. Highly recommend getting a coffee and bagel. The only negative ro the property is the thin walls and noise. Stay here, but bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend, and WE LOVED IT!!! Everything looks just like it does in the photos. Genevieve communicated with me the entire stay. She wasted no time getting us an iron when we couldn't find one. It was delivered to our door in about 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet. The parking lot gets a little crowded at night, it was nothing too bad though. This is also close to EVERYTHING. We never drove more than 15 minutes to get somewhere. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was great. Looked just like the pictures. Cozy and clean. The neighborhood was ok. My complaints come with the nonstop stomping over head at all times of the day and night, causing interrupted sleep, leading to tiredness most of the trip. My parents were along and left early due to how uncomfortable their bed was. I have no complaints as far as my bed, they were just harder than we are used to. Free parking was a bonus. Make sure to bring extra cash for Ubers or parking everywhere else though!

This property is 2 blocks from our daughter's house so it couldn't be better situated for us. But there are a TON of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops in East, many walkable from this site. And a short drive to downtown. Efficient entry, extremely pleasant layout and decor. Extremely safe. You may hear guests above you at times but that was not an issue for us. We loved the place.
