It was simple, clean and efficient - just what we needed for our 2 day stay. The only complaint we had was the fact that just anyone could get into the first floor and basement garages. You needed a code to get into the door of the lobby, but not the garage itself, and there seemed to only be one security camera as well. Needless to say, our vehicle was broken into on our last night. We discovered it on our way out the door early the next morning. We reported it to Vacasa, but nothing has been done other than a "Sorry this happened to you". Considering 2 others had their vehicles broken into as well, you would think maybe a change in their garage setup and security measures may be necessary. Saturday night we came across a drug addict homeless guy in the parking under the building smoking something. Didn't feel safe to go in or leave car so we drove around for awhile. We ran into a resident who told us to defiantly dont leave a thing in your car! The bed was indeed a casper but very uncomfortable for us as well as the small sofa. The decor and cleanliness was great. Fully furnished with all pots, pans, utensils, towels and linen you need. If we were to visit again I'd just rent a hotel room. This property was located very close to everything we wanted to do. The property was very clean and perfect for our long anniversary weekend. One small issue was we could hear the people above us walking around. It wasn’t often enough to be a problem though. ##### Chloe C. Given we had never been to Nashville before, we truly had no idea on the best location for us. It was nice to see Vanderbilt but required travel to Broadway, 12th Ave S., and other sites. Nashville is easy to navigate for newbies!! Be prepared to bring in spices if you are cooking a lot. We enjoyed going out so it did not matter to us at all. Close to everything in midtown and short drive to doentown. Vacasa does require a picture of your ID (wasn’t advertised it was necessary on the listing) after booking with VRBO. I’ve never had that happen and I couldn’t get a refund once I found it was a requirement. ##### Adam F.
