No Event Rentals: Absolutely no bachelor/bachelorette parties, parties, or weddings. We strictly enforce this policy to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and as a courtesy to our neighbors.

Trash Receptacle Guidelines: It is essential to place the blue trash receptacles at the curb on Thursday nights. Failure to comply will result in a $40 per can trash fee for extra or missed pickup services.

Quiet Time: Quiet time is strictly observed after 10:00 PM and before 7:00 AM. We expect all guests to respect this rule and ensure a peaceful environment for everyone's relaxation and enjoyment.

No Street or Grass Parking: To ensure convenience and safety, for you and local residents, there is no street or grass parking allowed. Please make use of the designated parking spaces provided.

Registered Guests Only: For security and comfort reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with pre-approval, as per our insurance policy. However, please be aware that strict rules apply. There is a Pet Fee. Any violation may result in additional charges or termination of your stay.

Important: This listing is for the upstairs only, which is the main living space for the cottage. For groups larger than 2, please check our separate listing for the complete 4-bedroom cottage. Unauthorized use of the lower level may result in additional charges.
