Here you'll be steps from the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and more! The Space: The Layout: Through the front door, you'll find a sizable living room with tons of natural lighting for your downtime at home in this space. Connected to the living room is the dining room, followed by the kitchen, laundry room, and back porch area (with full a size washer and dryer) leading to the back yard. Just off the dining room, you'll also find a hallway leading to the bedroom with a full size bed, an office space (with a pull-out couch for your guests), and the full bathroom. This home is all on one level with no interior steps. Please note: This home is 100 years old, so the floors will creak and, at times, there may be a tenant in the upstairs unit. There is a door separating the first and second floor. Please note that the homeowner lives part-time in the upstairs apartment. The two sections of the home are completely separate, divided by a door, so your rental will be 100% private. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules.
