Beautifully furnished historic cottage in a highly desirable location! Easily walk to all Germantown attractions including the new Sounds baseball stadium, many of Nashville's finest restaurants and nightlife, Farmers Market, and Bicentennial Mall. During your visit, you might want to check out 2nd avenue and catch some live country music and eat at one of the many unique to Nashville restaurants on Broadway or take a short drive to the famous Loveless Cafe to enjoy an amazing meal.

This 1920s cottage is great for a long weekend or extended stay because of our washer/dryer set and amazing dine-in kitchen. The kitchen provides simple pantry items like salt, pepper, spray oil, coffee, cream, and sugar as well as all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed for a quick breakfast before heading out. Within walking distance is Kroger. Lounge on the front porch with one of our books, enjoy one of the three smart TVs, or bring your own device to connect to our high-speed WIFI. A notebook with information on WiFi, check-out instructions, and local restaurants is in the living room.

Parking - We offer plenty of parking options, from public street parking to our private parking lot behind the cottages. Our parking lot is located off Taylor Street, down the alley on the right. Please refrain from parking on the grass.

Location - The home is 20 minutes from BNA airport and is a simple drive or uber away. Looking for transportation? Bus routes? Uber or Lyft rates? Use 312 Pizza address for rates in this area:

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out - If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out please reach out to the host before your trip begins so we can best accommodate you. Fees may apply. The maximum number of guests per house is 6. Due to the age of the house and plumbing we can not accolade any additional guests. Thank you for complying.

Local Area - Our cottages are located about a mile and a half from downtown Nashville and 2nd avenue. Within walking distance of our cottages, is Butchertown Hall, a unique restaurant that you can see from our front porches on 4th Avenue. Barista Parlor, a coffee shop, and 312 Pizza company are also recommended and close to the cottages. Within a few minutes drive of the area is the entertainment venue Topgolf.

Contactless Check-In and Out - Our contactless check-in process is simple. We will send you a message on VRBO with the exact address and a key code usually day of your check-in. Contactless check-out is easy as well, just leave clean dishes drying, used towels in the washer, and take out the trash.

Having a family reunion? We have 3 cottages all close enough to host your large family get-together! Please send us a message and we will let you know our multi-home pricing.

If you choose the $1500 deposit option over the insurance policy it will be collected at the time of booking and returned within 30 days of booking.

There is a minimum $25 left item fee for all guests who would like their left items returned to them. Additional charges may apply.

The cottage was beautiful - clean and really well decorated, very comfortable furniture, all the basics needed in the kitchen, and in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood. Top of my list for any future Nashville visits!

It was a cute little home and the beds were comfortable. Great location with easy access to everywhere we went. It all needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. There's also a soft spot in the bathroom floor that will need attention before something happens.

Everything went really well. Check in was easy. The location of the cottage was great. Easy to get into downtown, and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and some limited shopping within a few blocks of the cottage. Parking included was very convenient.

1403 4th N Ave, Germantown, Nashville

It was a nice small house in the very popular area of Germantown. The private parking lot in back of the house had plenty of free parking. We went to ten restaurants in the area by foot. The only drawback we had was trying to figure out the shower.

Great location had all of the amenities

The home is in a great neighborhood. It had everything is described and more (soap shampoo) in the bath tub and some board games. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the bathroom door does not lock but we would stay there again!

Great location

We were in Nashville for the Southern Festival of Books at Centennial Park. Location was perfect!! Wonderful restaurants and wonderful neighborhood. The house was just right and we had everything we needed. Hope to be back!

Cozy Cottage in Great Location

Although this bungalow style. Home is small it feels roomy inside. Located in a bustling neighborhood it is still very quiet in the evening. Many neighborhood cafes and close to amenities. Really enjoyed our stay!

Germantown Cottages

Loved the quaint little home which was located in an amazing community. Lots of places to explore in Germantown, great food and experiences. The walk to Broadway was manageable and very enjoyable. The bathroom could use a little TLC, but overall we were very happy with this location and would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a nice house in a nice, walkable neighborhood, this is the spot! Perfect for 4 people with comfortable beds, an abundance of towels, and a great living room with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again.

Worked great for us.

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 teenage daughters. Worked just fine. The shower is a little tricky- we had to look at past reviews to figure it out. Loved the private parking around back. Super quiet and close to everything (within 5-7 mins).
